I help adults, helpers, and high-achievers untangle the hard stuff through trauma-informed, somatic, and relational therapy - so you can feel more grounded, connected, and human again.
I’m Rachel Fazzari, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Hamilton, Ontario, offering sessions in-person and online across Ontario.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working alongside people in high-stress helping roles - the ones who give a lot, carry a lot, and rarely get a chance to slow down.
That experience taught me how strong people can look while quietly struggling, and how much healing can happen when they finally have space to exhale. That’s what led me to this work - creating that kind of space for others.
Therapy with me is down-to-earth and real. It’s not about being fixed or doing it “right.” It’s about being human - messy, curious, and still showing up anyway.
Like many therapists, I didn’t choose this work by accident. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure of your next step. What I love most about this work is watching people soften — seeing them finally experience what it’s like to be met with warmth instead of judgment.
Outside of therapy, I recharge with walks, coffee, yoga, and laughter — the things that help me reset and keep life feeling balanced.
My Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and relational - which means we pay attention to what’s happening in your mind, body, and relationships together, because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
You can expect:
A pace that feels safe, not rushed
Conversation that meets you where you are - not where you think you should be
A mix of body awareness, curiosity, and practical tools you can actually use
The occasional laugh when things get heavy (because sometimes, that’s part of healing too.
My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and the belief that progress - not perfection - is what really matters.

My goal is simple: to help you feel safe in your own skin, connected in your relationships, and comfortable being good enough - not perfect.
