I offer Individual Therapy, Trauma Therapy & EMDR, and Somatic & Walk & Talk Therapy. Each service is designed to help you process emotions, reduce stress, and feel more grounded - whether that’s through conversation, movement, or somatic awareness.

Yes! I offer in-person therapy in Hamilton, secure online sessions across Ontario, and Walk & Talk Therapy for clients who prefer the calm of nature and movement. We’ll find what feels most comfortable for you.

Every session is tailored to you. We might explore what’s been weighing on you, unpack patterns, or practice tools to help your body and mind feel more settled. Some days will feel deep, others practical - both are part of the process.

A 50-minute individual session is $165. Extended EMDR or trauma-focused sessions can be arranged as needed. Most insurance plans cover services by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), but it’s best to confirm with your provider.

It depends on your goals. Some clients come for short-term support, while others continue longer for deeper, ongoing growth. We’ll check in along the way to make sure therapy continues to feel useful and aligned with what you need.

That’s okay - it’s more common than you think. Every therapist and approach is different. My style is warm, collaborative, and paced to fit you. Together, we’ll find what feels supportive this time.

Your session time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
